We want your stickers to arrive in pristine condition, so we take extra care in how we package and dispatch every single order.
1. How We Package Your Order
Pantry-Powered Protection: Every order is shipped in a sturdy 4.5” x 6.5” rigid mailer and fortified with an upcycled cardboard liner. If that liner looks like a box of Cheez-Its or Cap'n Crunch... that's because it was!
We upcycle clean pantry boxes to give your mailer maximum strength. It keeps your stickers 100% flat in transit, keeps shipping costs low, and gives cardboard a second life before it hits the bin. Once you've grabbed your stickers, please pop the liner into your recycling! ♻️
2. Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package drops in the mail. (Note: Standard flat-rate shipping is untracked to keep your costs down).
3. Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard postal service and typically arrive within 3–5 business days post-dispatch.
- $3.99 Flat-Rate Shipping (Untracked): To keep your costs as low as possible, standard shipping is a flat $3.99 using stamped rigid mailers for all stickers that fit in our standard envelope—no matter how many you order!

- International Shipping: Shipping outside the country? Please reach out before checking out! International postal rates vary, and we want to get you the cheapest and most accurate rate possible. Drop us a quick note at general@generallydependable.com with your item list and destination, and we'll set up a custom shipping option for you.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We ship directly to the location provided.
- Caught a typo? Email us immediately at general@generallydependable.com with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it right away.
- Already shipped? If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping postage.
5. Missing or Delayed Packages
Since standard shipping is untracked to save you money, please allow 5–7 business days from your dispatch email for your envelope to arrive (postal delays happen!).
If your order hasn't arrived after a full week from dispatch:
- Double-check with housemates or neighbors to see if it was picked up with regular mail.
- If it's still MIA, email us at general@generallydependable.com with your order number, and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
